Youth Connection as Community Infrastructure

Kind E.L.F. Collective is developing an Austin-based model that combines large community events with ongoing small-group connection through Friend Circles and clubs. The model is designed to address barriers young people face when trying to form positive peer relationships.

Population Served

Kids and teens ages 6–18, with particular usefulness for youth who are new to the area, homeschooled, changing schools, shy or introverted, or simply seeking peers with shared interests.
